In order to enjoy the taste and nutritional benefits of the mango even in un season, we can make Aam Papad or Jelly with the mango pulp, which lasts over a year.It doesn’t really take much time or doesn’t need many ingredients to prepare Mango jelly. But the resting time is high for this. Drying mango pulp in the sun is one of the best methods to store it for a longer duration. Mangoes, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom powder are the only ingredients needed for Aam Papd or Mamidi Tandra preparation. Alphonso type mangoes have better sweetness. These suits best for Mango jelly.
